    由于國際物流的不斷加快,國產(chǎn)商品的知名度不斷增高,做速賣通的商家越來越多,而畢業(yè)之后,從事速賣通客服工作的人也在不斷增多,尤其是很多沿海城市。那么,作為一個速賣通客服,是不是需要說英語呢?

    速賣通面對的是全球客戶,英語是最基本的語言,還有一些小語種的客服,如韓語、日語、西班牙語等。不過,如果是應(yīng)聘的郵件客服,一般只要會打英語或者小語種就行,如果是在線客服,可能還需要會說英語或者這些小語種的語言。

    常見速賣通客服術(shù)語

    1.打電話(尺碼錯誤)--客戶自己測量了尺寸發(fā)現(xiàn)與網(wǎng)站上描述的不同

    Ps:重點是轉(zhuǎn)移話題,不要一直糾紛是否真的錯誤了,因為有時候我們是代銷的產(chǎn)品,并沒辦法拿到實際的樣品進(jìn)行測量,主要是問他能不能穿,不能穿可以給他朋友或者同事,然后引導(dǎo)他再買一次,給他些折扣。

    2.打電話(貨物在途中)--單號一直停留在某處沒有動

    Ps:中國郵政的速度大家有目共睹,有時堵起來2個月都卡著不動,這種情況主動提出延長收貨時間,跟他一起關(guān)注物流信息。

    3.打電話(無法查詢單號)--單號剛填上去就說查不到信息

    you open the dispute because you can't check any information of the tracking number.I checked it this morning and see it has already arrived in Orenbury,the customs clearance is completed,i think you can get it soon.

    Ps:很多時候都是我們剛填上單號顧客就開始查,查不到信息就提糾紛,這種情況就是把自己的查詢結(jié)果告訴給他。

    速賣通客服按照服務(wù)地區(qū)的不同,會分為多種不同語言的客服,具體看我們應(yīng)聘的是哪個崗位,一般郵件客服只要能讀懂,能寫英文郵件就行,并不需要會說流利的英語。速賣通客服是跨境電商工作,一般壓力較大,不過,報酬也比較多。
